Synopsis

Louis Gosset Jr. is back as ex-Air Force General "Chappy" Sinclair in Iron Eagle 4. With the aid of pilot friend Doug Masters, Chappy starts a flight school for young law officers. During training, Doug and the kids discover Air Force Officers mysteriously moving six canisters from an abandoned air base. When the canisters are identified as containing lethal toxic chemicals used in biological warfare, they are unable to convince anyone of the danger, and decide to stop this deadly conspiracy themselves...
